Baltimore and Arlington Immigration Courts
Effective March 16 and through April 10, all hearings (Master & Individual) at the Baltimore Immigration Court and Arlington Immigration Court are postponed.
Clients and attorneys will receive notices for new hearing dates at least 10 days before rescheduled dates.
Maryland State Courts
All hearings scheduled between March 16, 2020 through April 3, 2020, are postponed and courts are closed to the public except for certain matters involving:
Domestic Violence,
Extreme Risk Protective Orders,
Peace Orders,
Emergency Evaluation Petitions (such as emergency custody or guardianship petitions for clients who may be about to turn 21 years old Special Immigrant Juvenile Status).
When USCIS again resumes normal operations, USCIS will automatically reschedule Application Support Center appointments due to the office closure. If you do not receive a new appointment notice by mail within 90 days, call 800-375-5283
